Fredrick Tempo is a proposed contestant in the Reaper's Game. His purpose for being there is for finding out what happened to his older brother, a former contestant. He is hostile to the other players and doesn't know who to trust.
He uses his family pocket watch for attacks.

As a partner, he attacks the same way as all the others but with a slight difference. His attacks are charged with a random element (or power that Neck has equipped), as Tempo successfully attacks, the intensity of the attack increases corresponding with the number's on the watch, The cut-off being 12. Once at 12, the player can either continue the combo, which becomes harder to pull off as time goes on, and use that same element, or cut off the combo and get a new randomly selected element to use in his attacks.
